Do you like chocolate? Peanut Butter? Brownies? How about Cake? Of course, who doesn’t like all of those. Now, you can have it all at the same time!



Ingredients:
- Soft butter for greasing the pan
- Flour for dusting the pan
- 4 large eggs
- 1 c sugar, sifted
- 1 c brown sugar, sifted
- 8 oz. Butter, melted
- 1 1/4 c Cocoa
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 c flour, sifted
- 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 300°.
- Butter and flour on 8 in. Square pan. (use a 9 x 11 baking dish for thinner brownie cake)
- In a mixer fitted with a whisk attachment beat the eggs at medium speed until fluffy and light yellow
- Add both sugars. Add remaining ingredients, and mix to combine
- Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking dish and bake for 45 min. to 1 hour.
- When it’s done, remove to a rack to cool completely.
- Frost with Pillsbury peanut butter frosting
- Enjoy.
