Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie Cake

Do you like chocolate? Peanut Butter? Brownies? How about Cake? Of course, who doesn’t like all of those. Now, you can have it all at the same time!


Ingredients:

  • Soft butter for greasing the pan
  • Flour for dusting the pan
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 c sugar, sifted
  • 1 c brown sugar, sifted
  • 8 oz. Butter, melted
  • 1 1/4 c Cocoa
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c flour, sifted
  • 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 300°.
  • Butter and flour on 8 in. Square pan. (use a 9 x 11 baking dish for thinner brownie cake)
  • In a mixer fitted with a whisk attachment beat the eggs at medium speed until fluffy and light yellow
  • Add both sugars. Add remaining ingredients, and mix to combine
  • Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking dish and bake for 45 min. to 1 hour.
  • When it’s done, remove to a rack to cool completely.
  • Frost with Pillsbury peanut butter frosting
  • Enjoy.
