Ingredients:
1-1/2 c. Heavy whipping cream
14-oz. sweetened condensed milk
2 c. milk chocolate chips
6 c. milk
1t. vanilla extract
Directions:
Crock Pot: Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low setting for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Ladle into mugs; serve warm.
Stove top: Combine all ingredients into a large pot and cook until chocolate chips are melted and is creamy.
Add whipped cream on top and serve.
