Fruit Tarts that are amazingly simple and yummy! Made with Soft, flaky pie crust!

Ingredients:
- 12 oz. All-purpose Flour (plus more to make the dough a smooth non sticky consistency)
- 6 oz chilled butter
- 2 oz chilled shortening
- 3 Tablespoons Apple cider vinegar if you choose you can substitute the vinegar with water (1 additional teaspoon if necessary)
- 1½ teaspoon Salt
- 3 tsp sugar
- Fruit spread of your choice
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Directions:
- Sift the flour salt and sugar together.
- Add the chilled butter and mix well
- Add the chilled shortening and mix well
- Add the vinegar and mix well
- Divide in half by weight and shape into disc’s wrap in saran wrap and refrigerate from one hour to overnight
