Peanut Butter is a necessity in my home, but It doesn’t last long. These creamy, peanut buttery cookies are just one reason why we use a lot!

Ingredients:
- 2 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup salted peanuts (optional)
- 2 cups chow mein noodles

Directions:
- Melt peanut butter chips and peanut butter on top of a double boiler, or in a microwave.
- Mix well.
- Stir peanuts and noodles gently into the melted peanut butter mixture.
- Drop dough by forkfuls onto waxed paper.
- Cool until set.
