As a busy family we all know how quickly your time slips away from you! Busy days, exhausting evening! Before you know it weekends, Holidays and guests are here. To top it off you forgot about what happens in the morning.
Here is a quick and simple recipe to prep the night before and bake while everyone is rolling out of bed. To be ready just in time for the common question “What’s for breakfast?”

Ingredients
- 2 tubes refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup maple syrup
Directions
- Pour the butter on the bottom of a 9×13 glass baking dish.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into 8 pieces, and spread evenly over the butter.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla, and pour over the cinnamon rolls. Pour 1 cup of maple syrup over the mixture.
- Bake at 375°F for 25 min.
- Top with the icing from the cinnamon rolls.
Note:
If you are making this the night before. Mix the wet ingredients in a bowl and place in the fridge. In the baking dish add the melted butter and cinnamon roll pieces. Place this dish in the fridge. The morning of, while the oven is preheating, pour the wet ingredients into the baking dish that has the butter and cinnamon roll pieces. Then bake.
