Egg Salad

Perfect for an Easter Side Dish


Ingredients:

6 Hard boiled eggs, peeled & Suced
4 с. Mayonnaise
2 tbls. Chopped Celery
2 tbls. Chopped pickle
2 tbls. Chopped red bell pepper
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Salt
Pepper

Directions:

Slice eggs, turn egg a quarters turn and slice again.

Combine eggs with remaining ingredients and mix well. Trying not to mash the eggs. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
