Pasta is great, but homemade Pasta is Amazing!
Here is a basic recipe that will give you and your family homemade, fresh pasta that you will be proud to serve and your family will be amazed that you made it!
This recipe will make enough for 6 adults

Ingredients
- 2 cups of All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 3 Eggs
Directions:
- • Mix Flour and salt together
- • Dump the flour mixture on a counter or in a bowl
- • Make a well in the center and add your eggs
- • Slowly beat the eggs adding a small amount of flour a little at a time.
- • Once the flour and eggs are mixed completely forming a dough knead into a ball
- • Let the dough rest in the frigid for 30-45 min.
- • Once it is done resting knead for 5-6 min.
- • Cut the dough into 3 sections
- • Using a rolling pin, roll the dough out thin enough until it is nearly see through
- OR
- • Roll the dough out until it is thin enough to send through a pasta sheet attachment on the widest opening (on mine, it an 8)
- • Sending the dough through 3 time and then bump the level down 2 notches at a time.
- • Once you get to the smallest setting send your dough through once and lay flat.
- • At this point you can cut the dough into strips using a knife, hand held pasta cutter or pasta cutter attachment.
- • Flour your cut pasta well so it doesn’t clump and turn into dumplings.
- • Spread the well floured pasta on a cookie sheet and let it dry out before cooking. (15-30 min.)
- • Add your dry pasta to a pot of boiling water for 3-5 min.
- OR
- • Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- • Drain
- • Serve with your favorite pasta sauce.
