Homemade Pickles

The holidays are coming soon and these will be perfect for those holiday gatherings.

During the holidays I enjoy having a tray with finger foods and snack. My sister shared her homemade pickle recipe and so I gave it a try. My husband enjoyed them a lot.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 gal. Water
  • 1/2 c. Apple cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 c. Kosher Salt
  • 1 garlic clove (Chopped)
  • 3-4 bunches of fresh Dill
  • 2-3 Mason Jars (1qt. each)

Directions:

  • Boil water, vinegar, salt and garlic
  • Stuff as many cucumbers (sliced any way you want) as possible in Jar.
  • Pour boiling mixture into the jars.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 days before eating
  • Expires In 5 mo.
