The holidays are coming soon and these will be perfect for those holiday gatherings.
During the holidays I enjoy having a tray with finger foods and snack. My sister shared her homemade pickle recipe and so I gave it a try. My husband enjoyed them a lot.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 gal. Water
- 1/2 c. Apple cider Vinegar
- 1/2 c. Kosher Salt
- 1 garlic clove (Chopped)
- 3-4 bunches of fresh Dill
- 2-3 Mason Jars (1qt. each)
Directions:
- Boil water, vinegar, salt and garlic
- Stuff as many cucumbers (sliced any way you want) as possible in Jar.
- Pour boiling mixture into the jars.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 days before eating
- Expires In 5 mo.
