Italian Meatball Subs

This ‘set it and forget it’ kind of dish is super simple and a fan favorite. Don’t be afraid to add your own favorite toppings.

Ingredients:

26 oz. bag of frozen meatballs

24 oz. jar of marinara sauce (use your favorite brand and blend.

6-8 sub rolls

8 oz. pkg. of shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Pour the bag of frozen meatballs into the crock pot. Next add the marinara sauce. Place the lid and set the temperature to low. Let it cook for 6-8 hours. Once the meatballs are hot and saucy use tongs to place meatballs into the sub rolls. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Place the rolls on a cookie sheet and bake them at 350 degrees for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and enjoy!
