SUPER SIMPLE!
Ingredients:
1 can cream of potato soup ((10.5 oz) )
1 can cream of chicken soup ((10.5 oz) )
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
2 teaspoon poultry seasoning (Old Bay)
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons celery salt
black pepper to taste
2# skinless boneless chicken breasts, chopped
42-46oz. low sodium chicken broth
2 -3 (8pc.each) can refrigerated biscuits (Buttermilk, Country or Homestyle), each biscuits cut into 4-6 pieces and rolled into balls.
Directions:
- In a crock pot , combine cream of potato soup, cream of chicken soup, parsley, poultry seasoning and pepper. Add chicken broth and mix with immersion blender. Add cooked chicken and cook on high 5 hours.
- Approximately 1 hour (I allow 60 – 90 minutes) before serving (after 4 hours of cooking time). Cut into 4-6 chunks and roll into balls. Add biscuit chunks on top. Replace lid as quickly as possible.
