Peanut Butter Claws

Ingredients:

  • 1 puff pastry shell
  • 2 tbsp. Peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp Hazelnut spread
  • 1 egg yolk (beaten)

Directions:

Cut the pastry sheet into 9 sections. Working with one section at a time spread half a tablespoon of peanut butter in the center of the square. Next, spread half a tablespoon of hazelnut spread over the peanut butter.

Fault pastry shell into thirds. One and over the other. Rotate the pastry shell so the opening is away from you. Cut 5 to 6 small slits in the folded side and curve the pastry shell once placed on the cookie sheet.

Next, using a basting brush coat each pastry with the beaten egg yolk.

Bake at 350° for 15-20min.
