Ingredients:

Crust:

8-10 graham crackers or
1 – 1 1/2 cup of graham cracker crumbs
1/4 Cup of butter, more if needed
1 tablespoon of sugar

Cake:

2 packages of cream cheese (8oz. Each)
1/2 Cup sugar
1/4 Cup flour
3 eggs
1 Cup of sour cream
1 Teaspoon of vanilla

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place graham crackers in a large self sealing plastic bag. Crushed into fine crumbs using rolling pin. Place butter in a bowl and microwave on high for 45 seconds or until melted. Add sugar and crumbs. Mix well. Press down into bottom of pie plate or springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool.

Place cream cheese in a bowl and mix until soft and creamy. Add sugar and flour until well combined. Add eggs and sour cream. Mix until smooth. Pour batter over slightly cool crust. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until set. Remove and cool for 20 minutes. Carefully run sharp knife along edges of cheesecake. Allow to cool to room temperature. Top with any topping and serve
